Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Estimated delivery

After shipment, estimated delivery to U.S. addresses is 3–21 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, an incomplete or incorrect address, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping updates

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included unless expressly stated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
